PRETO Group, as the majority owner, entered Ryba Žilina, spol. s r.o. and created the distribution and logistics company PRETOLOG s.r.o. Thanks to this step, it became a strong player on the Slovak food market not only in production but also in logistics and distribution. Another company in the portfolio is DC NORDIA, s.r.o., which provides distribution of frozen and chilled goods. The group also includes the football club MŠK Žilina.

PRETO Ryba, s.r.o.
PRETO Ryba is a subsidiary of Ryba Žilina, which is also its 100% owner. It is the largest producer of fish and delicatessen salads in Slovakia, with the oldest continuously operating fish-processing plant in Žilina since 1924.

DC NORDIA is a distribution and logistics company that provides the role of a frozen and chilled goods logistics center for the COOP Jednota Slovakia network and the group of COOP Jednota consumer cooperatives.
PRETOLOG s. r. o.
PRETOLOG, founded in 2015 with the original goal of ensuring comprehensive logistics within the PRETO group and primarily handling distribution of Ryba Žilina’s chilled and frozen assortment, is today one of the strong service providers for external partners.
